These Terms govern your use of Agenda Signal's website, private-preview software, companion services, and related features.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use Agenda Signal in compliance with applicable law and any obligations you have to your employer, customers, meeting participants, or other parties.
2. Private-preview software
Preview software may contain errors, may change materially, and may be suspended or discontinued. You are responsible for determining whether it is appropriate for your use case.
3. Meeting and third-party permissions
You are responsible for complying with laws, company policies, contractual obligations, and consent requirements that apply to meeting audio, meeting data, connected accounts, and information you choose to process with Agenda Signal.
4. Google and other integrations
Third-party integrations are subject to the relevant provider's terms in addition to these Terms. You control whether to connect an integration and can revoke access. Agenda Signal may change requested permissions as features change, with corresponding disclosures and consent.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Agenda Signal to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service security, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or use the service in a way that materially harms others or the platform.
6. Fees
The private preview is currently free. Paid individual plans are expected after the preview, but pricing and purchase terms have not yet been announced. No lifetime plan is planned for launch.
7. Intellectual property
Agenda Signal and its software, branding, designs, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Feedback
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve Agenda Signal without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Disclaimer
Preview services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Agenda Signal provides coaching assistance, not a guarantee of meeting, sales, business, legal, compliance, or other outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenda Signal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the preview service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and commercial model evolve. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
