This Privacy Policy explains how Agenda Signal (“Agenda Signal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our website, desktop application, companion services, and integrations.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information, product settings, meeting preparation content, coaching inputs and outputs, support messages, and technical diagnostics necessary to operate and secure the service.
2. Google Calendar data
When you connect Google Calendar, Agenda Signal may access your connected account email, calendars, events, meeting details, attendees, attachments, and related metadata so that we can show upcoming meetings and prepare goals, outcomes, and context.
Current Calendar permissions may also allow event management. Where those features are enabled, Agenda Signal may create, update, or delete calendar events in response to actions you take in the product. We do not claim that Calendar access is read-only when event-management permissions are enabled.
3. Google Drive data
When you connect Google Drive, Agenda Signal may list or search files so that you can choose content to use as meeting knowledge. We request read access for this integration and use the content you select to provide meeting-scoped or organizational context. Agenda Signal does not need to edit the source Drive files for this purpose.
4. Other calendar and knowledge integrations
Agenda Signal may also connect to supported Microsoft calendar services, Zoom scheduling workflows, Microsoft OneDrive, Notion, and other document repositories. We use information from these services to provide meeting preparation, contextual knowledge, and related product features that you enable. Access is limited by the permissions you grant and the capabilities of each provider.
5. OAuth tokens and security
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form at rest. We use tokens only to operate the integrations you connect. You can disconnect an integration in Agenda Signal and can also revoke access through your Google Account permissions.
6. How we use information
- Provide meeting preparation, live coaching, and post-meeting product features.
- Operate Calendar and Drive integrations you choose to connect.
- Maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Improve product quality using information we are permitted to process under applicable settings and agreements.
7. Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers to host, secure, operate, or support Agenda Signal. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
Agenda Signal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to product settings, contractual obligations, security needs, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of account-associated data through the contact page. Disconnecting Google stops future access through the disconnected integration; revoking access in Google provides an additional control.
10. Your choices
You may choose whether to connect Google integrations, which Drive files to select, and whether to use product features that require particular permissions. You can disconnect integrations and contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
11. Children
Agenda Signal is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are published.
